Illnesses and diseases are as a result of our everyday contact with our environment. It is important that we get this right to be able to have any measure of prevention and also ending the cycle of already created ones.
Our environment have an abundant resources to either keep us healthy or make us harbor diseases from different germs. Germs are also living being that are created to also survive every situation that they find themselves. Just as we love to live in an ideal situation, so are the germs too.
We try daily to prevent anything that will disturb our peace and sources of livelihood, so are the germs too. In our efforts to seek this bounties we encounter some difficulties in our quest to do that. When we come across such obstacles we find ways to avoid them or find different ways of fighting them off, so are the germs.
Most of the time the germs that cause diseases try to avoid situation that will lead to confrontation with the higher being. The human do that too and only when there is no other way to avoid that we resolve to confrontation and destruction that follows.
If we can follow this trend of activities of man and the germs, then we will be able to understand how we can end the cycle of illnesses and diseases.
Keeping our environment in situation that are not conducive to the livelihood of the germs will in most cases keep them off us and our environment. This will reduce our contact with them and them with us.
However, this is usually easier said than done as we constantly engage in activities that makes our lives to be more conducive to the germs. These activities invite them to us initially as a source of their livelihood and later as a conducive environment for their habitation.
In view of this simple basis of our interactions, how do we reduce their attractions to us and our susceptibility to them?
